According to a recent report in the New York Post, a Parkinson’s disease expert, Dr. Kevin Cannard from Walter Reed Medical Center, has visited the White House multiple times. During one visit in January 2024, Dr. Cannard reportedly met with Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, at the White House residence clinic on January 17, 2024. This follows Biden’s statement on July 5, where he dismissed the idea of taking an independent cognitive test, stating that his daily duties serve as a cognitive test in themselves.
