The Trump Organization, owned by President-elect Donald Trump, is building a new Trump Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Republican leader’s son Eric shared the first visual design of the contruction on Wednesday. The company and its partner, Dar Global, launched the new hotel resort plan months after the project was first announced.

The companies say that the new Trump Tower will cost an estimated 2 billion riyal ($532 million) and will hold a hotel with 47 floors and 350 residential apartments. Construction will take about four years.

Eric Trump said on X, platform formerly known as Twitter, said the group wants ‘to bring five-star luxury, and I’m talking about real five-star luxury, our brand, everything that we believe in, everything that we stand for to Saudi Arabia’.

“And I know it’s gonna be a project we’re going to be proud of.”

“Incredibly proud to officially launch a project that has been underway for many months, Trump Tower – Jeddah! Thank you to our partners @dar_global – This will be our 5th project together and among the most luxurious buildings anywhere in the world!” Eric Trump tweeted.

This is not the only project the Trump Organization and Dar Global are working on. The two also plan to build a $200 million villa in Oman. According to The New York Times, migrant workers constructing the building were being paid as little as $340 a month and living in cramped trailers. Earlier this year, Dar Global said it would collaborate with Donald Trump’s company on a Dubai hotel in 2025.

The Trump Organization has also planned projects with companies in India and Vietnam. It recently opened a golf course in Indonesia.
