How to watch Copa America 2024 for free: Live streams, TV channels, full fixture schedule & more | Sporting News
Lionel Messi, Vinicius Jr., and Darwin Nunez are all gracing stadiums and TV screens across America this summer.
All three feature in the 2024 Copa America, which kicked off from June 20 and runs through July 14 across the USA. The tournament features Messi and Argentina, Vinicius Jr. and Brazil, as well as the rest of South America’s confederation of nations. To increase the tournament size, they’ve also added six guest participants from CONCACAF, including the U.S. Men’s National Team, Canada and Mexico.
Canada have made the knockout stage.
With World Cup qualifying underway in South America, this could be a chance for nations like Brazil, who have struggled early on, to reset and find a working starting lineup under their new coach Dorival Jr. And for the USA, Mexico, and Canada, who are all given an automatic place in the 2026 World Cup by way of hosting, this has been one of their last chances to compete in a tournament against strong opposition.
The Sporting News looks at the key details of the 2024 Copa America, including how to watch it across the USA, fixture dates, and kickoff times.
